We are planning to recruit the organizing team for two rounds.
The first round will be from mid-July to mid-August. During this time, most employers start their campus recruitment cycle for 2014-2015. Therefore, it will be a crucial period of time for the team to reach out to the employers. Depending on the commitment during the summer, team member will be taking more responsibility afterwards.
The second round will be in mid-September to mid-October. Our main focus will be to keep networking with the companies while reaching out to a broad spectrum of other potential employers. One major question will be to get information from the companies, such as internship opportunities that are open to MIT students, career development path of each employers in touch, etc.

In charge of managing the website
In control of all the logistics of the organization, including training of new members, setting up time and location for meetings, info sessions and so on. The key person that ensures all events run smoothly.
In charge of the employer connection process and making sure everyone is reaching out as widely as possible to all possible resource pools.
Works to create a streamlined publicity image for Asian Career Fair, including poster design, employer package design, framing our pitch, newsletter creation and so on.
Works to establish local and international partnerships and sponsorship with organizations and industries.
